We welcome licensed RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs/DOs, and DDS providers who are authorized to practice aesthetic medicine in Illinois. New injectors, experienced providers, and students currently pursuing certification are all eligible.

No. Elevate is a nurse-owned aesthetic suite rental and training facility. Each provider operates independently under their own business name and liability coverage.

Once you become a member, you can reserve suites through our CloudMedSpa booking system. Rooms are available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and may be reserved by the hour.

We offer hourly flexibility with no minimums and no long-term contracts.

Yes. You’re free to use your preferred scheduling and payment tools. 

Absolutely. Our bridge programs are designed specifically for injectors who have completed training but want more support before treating clients independently. We also offer 1:1 mentorship.

You must be a licensed RN, NP, PA, MD/DO, or DDS in Illinois and carry current malpractice insurance.

Yes. Each provider is an independent business owner and must carry their own malpractice coverage and professional licensing. We provide guidance and referrals if you need help setting up your LLC or business infrastructure.

Yes—if required by your license. We can connect you with trusted medical directors for ongoing support and product ordering access.

No. We are not a MedSpa. You’ll operate under your own brand and business entity, but receive support from our nurse-led team and infrastructure. You are allowed to include Elevate Aesthetics as the location of their business operations.
